SIP Integration

Zild Voice supports SIP-based telephony integration for organizations using:
  • On-premise PABX
  • Cloud PBX
  • SIP trunk providers

Integration Flow

  1. Call arrives at SIP trunk
  2. SIP provider forwards call to Zild endpoint
  3. Zild processes audio stream
  4. AI responses are streamed back
  5. Call can be transferred if needed

Configuration Steps

  1. Create a Voice App
  2. Select SIP integration
  3. Configure SIP endpoint
  4. Configure authentication
  5. Test inbound call

Security

Recommended configuration:
  • Secure SIP authentication
  • IP allowlisting
  • Encrypted signaling (TLS)
  • Secure RTP (if supported)
All calls remain tenant-scoped.

Call Transfers

Zild can transfer calls to:
  • SIP extension
  • Internal PABX
  • External phone number
Context may be preserved during transfer.
