Overview

Zild Tasks provides structured task management integrated into the Zild Platform. Tasks are operational units created by:
  • AI agents
  • Workflows
  • Manual user actions
  • External system triggers
Each task is tenant-scoped and role-protected.

Architecture

Zild Tasks operates within the platform architecture: Event → Agent Decision → Workflow Trigger → Task Creation → Assignment → Completion

Task Object Structure

Each task typically includes:
  • Task ID
  • Title
  • Description
  • Status (Open, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled)
  • Assigned User or Group
  • Priority
  • Due Date
  • Linked Conversation (optional)
  • Linked Workflow (optional)
Tasks can exist independently or be linked to conversations.

Task Lifecycle

Tasks follow a structured lifecycle:
  1. Created
  2. Assigned
  3. In Progress
  4. Completed or Closed
Task state transitions are logged for auditing.

Role-Based Access

Task visibility follows RBAC:
  • Administrator → All tasks
  • Supervisor → Group tasks
  • User → Assigned tasks only
This ensures operational segregation.

Integration with Other Modules

Zild Tasks integrates with:
  • Zild Assist (conversation-triggered tasks)
  • Zild Voice (post-call follow-ups)
  • Zild Docs (document-based tasks)
  • Zild Insight (performance tracking)
  • Zild Coach (quality review tasks)
Tasks connect AI decisions with operational follow-through.
