Zild Tasks operates within the platform architecture: Event → Agent Decision → Workflow Trigger → Task Creation → Assignment → CompletionTask Object Structure
Each task typically includes:- Task ID
- Title
- Description
- Status (Open, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled)
- Assigned User or Group
- Priority
- Due Date
- Linked Conversation (optional)
- Linked Workflow (optional)
Task Lifecycle
Tasks follow a structured lifecycle:- Created

Role-Based Access
Task visibility follows RBAC:- Administrator → All tasks
- Supervisor → Group tasks
