Automation

Zild Tasks can be triggered automatically by AI decisions or workflow events. Automation ensures that important operational actions are not missed.

Task Creation Triggers

Tasks can be created when:
  • A conversation is escalated
  • A lead is qualified
  • A workflow completes
  • A tool execution fails
  • A document requires review
  • A policy violation is detected
Triggers are configured in the Workflow Engine.

Example Automation Scenarios

1. Lead Follow-Up

  1. AI qualifies a lead
  2. Workflow creates task
  3. Task assigned to Sales group
  4. Sales rep contacts prospect

2. Escalation Review

  1. AI escalates conversation
  2. Task created for Supervisor review
  3. Supervisor evaluates quality
  4. Task marked completed

3. Document Approval

  1. Contract uploaded
  2. Risk clause detected
  3. Task assigned to Legal team
  4. Legal approves or rejects

Task Assignment Logic

Tasks can be assigned:
  • To specific user
  • To group
  • Based on load balancing
  • Based on skill rules (if configured)
Assignment rules should align with operational structure.

Notifications

When tasks are created:
  • Assigned user can be notified
  • Supervisor can be notified
  • Workflow can trigger external alert
  • Status changes can be logged
Notifications improve responsiveness.

Failure Handling

If automation fails:
  • Error is logged
  • Retry logic may apply
  • Escalation can be triggered
Automation failures should be monitored regularly.
